The Offerings Are Decided! We welcome our friends from Belhaven Brewery this evening to answer all your beer-y questions and anything else besides!
Brexit, Scottish Independence, Morton’s chances of promotion- it’s all up for grabs, intellectually that is. Three Belhaven brews ON TAP and more……

The Haven has teamed up with our favourite local cheese monger, Adam Shutes from Roslindale’s BOSTON CHEESE CELLAR, to pair the aforementioned beers w/ his take on a perfect match up. All served with classic oatcakes/bread/pickles etc Yum!

BEER/ CHEESE.  Belhaven Black (STOUT): Colston Bassett Stilton from Neal’s Yard Dair. Pasteurized cow’s milk, made in the style requested by NYD in Covent Garden. Cheese is creamy and rich, but not too strong. The best Stilton there is (non of this Long Clawson or Trader Joe’s rubbish). Pairs with any stout or porter.

Belhaven Ale: Cave Aged Cheddar from Ashely Chase at Ford Farm in Dorset. Well balanced English Cheddar.

Belhaven Twisted Thistle: A mild IPA, with Drunken Goat a firm, creamy and mildly goaty cheese from Spain. Pasteurized
AND AS IF THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH!!!!
