Boston’s debut screening “Upside Down” – the Creation Records Story – 6.19 – 6.24 @9.15pm

The Haven celebrates it’s second anniversary with the debut screening in Boston of “Upside Down” : the story of Creation Records, the seminal record label founded by Glaswegian Alan McGee who signed Oasis, Primal Scream and Jesus and Marychain (as well as Momus, Ride et al).
What better way to kick proceedings off than a tale of near-bancruptcy, hard partying, bitter feuds, sell-out accusations, heavy drugs and nervous breakdowns to celebrate the continuation Boston’s only Scottish establishment?

” McGee, with the help of key players at Creation, puts his side of the story in Danny O’Connor’s brilliant, passionate and significant documentary….” BMI
