Another Tuesday night CHeese pairing with our friends from Boston Cheese Cellar.
Listen up – here is the line up for tonight:
Cider /Cheese
Safety Meeting: The aged, sharp and tangy cheddar, Old Quebec Seven Year (raw cow milk) is a shop favourite, and you’ll see why! The sharp flavours really pair against the hops.

Downeast Cranberry Cider: Brebirousse d’Argental. A creamy and luxurious sheep cheese from southwest France. The creaminess plays beautifully with the floral notes of the cider. Pasteurized sheep milk.
Bantan Rojo: capricho de cabra. A fresh Spanish goat cheese with a lovely creamy, slightly lemony taste and sweet finish. A mouth filling contrast to the dryness of the cider. Pasteurized goat.
