This flight is an Aberfeldy 15yr old aged in a Cab Sauvignon wine cask (mysterious) along with an Aberfeldy 18year old (for sophistication) ending in the Red Snake cask strength (contrary!).
If Scotch is not your thing then you can plump for the Steak and Eggs Brunch special available both Saturday and Sunday.

Flagship is a beautifully rounded, soft, fruity, and creamy Single Malt whisky, made with 100% homegrown Yorkshire barley.
Filey Bay STR – North English Single Malt 48%
Distilled in 2016, this ‘field to bottle’ single malt spent years maturing in bourbon casks before transferring to be ‘finished’ in shaved, toasted and re-charred red wine barriques from sunny Rioja vineyards in Spain.
Indri Single Malt – Trini – The Three Wood – 46%
A triple cask matured whisky in first fill Bourbon, Ex French Wine and PX Sherry Casks.
