Join us for a journey round the English Cheese landscape with host Adam Shutes from Boston Cheese Cellar along with The Haven owner Jason Waddleton. Discover a world of taste sensations with pairings of Single Malts from the Scottish coast with salt and sea spray influences. (Old Pultney and Bunnahabain will be joined by Caol Ila etc)
Four Cheeses with Four Single Malts plus The Haven smoked haddock pate on house made oatcakes, finishing off with a dark chocolate.
