The Scots and Brits love their Indian food and lentils are no exception. Benjamin Mileson, a local mushroom forager, will be sourcing some beautiful wild mushrooms for us throughout the fall. Right now, we are getting some very chickeny chicken mushrooms and some huge hen of the woods mushrooms (a 16 pounder was found by one of our cooks Chris and was verified by Benjamin). With the hearty lentils and mushrooms, along with some wonderful black kale, we are hoping to provide a very comforting, delishious stew for our vegetarian friends this fall.
