This Tuesday sees The Haven teaming up with the Boston Cheese Cellar (Roslindale) to bring you some hard to find UK Cheddars.
We are particularly excited to offer up a SCOTTISH CHEDDAR for the first time in AGES!!!!!
Isle of Mull Cheddar (Scottish farmhouse), yeasty, moist, a touch alcoholic
Keen’s Cheddar (English farmhouse), complex, creamy, spicy
Collier’s Cheddar (Welsh), smooth, creamy
We are pairing these with Watercress w/ juniper vinaigrette, Scottish Oatcakes, and an Apple, Ginger and Raspberry Compote.
And a range of over 25 Scottish Beers.
