We have a new cheese on board. (Pardon the cheesy We have a new cheese on board. (Pardon the cheesy pun.) Cambozola (Germany) The name itself is a mix of two cheese names- Gorgonzola and Camembert. It is creamy with a touch of the same mould that is used for Stilton. Blue-Brie-esque. Beautiful. Drunken Goat (Spain) Semi soft goat cheese bathed in red wine. Smoked Chili Cheddar (Vermont) Cold smoked cheddar w/habanero, jalapeño and pasillo peppers. All set up with marmalade, Branston pickle, house mustard, greens and oatcakes.
