Innis and Gunn have sourced rare oloroso sherry casks to mature this limited brew. The casks started their life in Spain but were also used to mature some pretty tasty scotch whisky before they came to them. The beer is rich and spicy with lots of nutty caramel sweetness drawn from the wood – perfect for this fall weather! Come down this weekend to savour it.
