Jamaica Plain Open Studios
We are proud to showcase the immensely talented Stephanie Smiszek’s work at The Haven this week as part of Jamaica Plain Open Studio.
It kicks off at 4.30pm with the artist discussing her work. Snacks and booze will be offered to those attending between 4.30 and 5.30! Courtesy of the Scottish vibers association.
You might already know Stephanie’s work from some of The Haven posters and as the designer for the T-shirt.
The works on display explore her fascination with all things Scottish!!!
Soccer Saturday
What better way to have brunch than with English football? Go on admit it!
The game is rife with Scottish influence though.
Take this weeks televised games-
10am : Liverpool v Wolverhampton Wanderers, Scottish manager v Scottish schooled player in Mick McCarthy.
12.30 pm – Man u v Stoke City. Scottish v Welsh manager.
All in all a great round of games.
