New cheese on board!

(Pardon the cheesy pun…)

Cambozola (Germany) — The name itself is a mix of two cheese names: Gorgonzola and Camembert. It is creamy with a touch of the same mould that is used for Stilton. We’re calling it blue Brie-esque? Beautiful.

Drunken Goat (Spain) — Semi soft goat cheese bathed in red wine.

Smoked Chili Cheddar (Vermont) — Cold smoked cheddar w/habanero, jalapeño and pasillo peppers.
