Why celebrate St Valentine’s Day in a Scottish Restaurant?

Glasgow is the City of Love (St Valentines remains are even buried there!).

Gretna Green is a world famous marriage destination.

The Haven is Boston’s most romantic spot.

Without further ado we are running the Valentines menu over not one but THREE nights.

So for those of you with three partners – no problem!

We’ve put together an aphrodisiacal menu that will have you gazing into each other’s eyes, and more, long after you leave The Haven.

Valentines Day Menu 2011

$39 per person, $20 for beverage pairings
First Course
Oyster Trio:
Raw with crispy sunchoke and truffle oil
Grilled with pickled sea beans
Fried with parsley sauce
($11 a la carte)

beverage pairing – Alba pine ale

Second Course

Grilled rosemary-scented lamb, parsnip puree, arugula, cherry marmellade
($25 a la carte)
beverage pairing – Irony, Pinot Noir

Third Course
Five Chocolate Truffles:
Orange Rosemary
Scottish Tea
Coconut Curry
Bacon
Molasses Oat

($9 a la carte)

beverage pairing – Scottish Coffee, Drambuie topped with Maple whipped cream

Regular dinner menu will be available, and guests can also order from the V-day price fixe a-la-carte.
