The Haven welcomes Rory Stone, the head honcho of Highland Fine Cheese company, located in Tain which is waaay up on the North coast of Scotland near to the Balblair, Glenmorangie, and Old Pulteney distilleries.

Over the past few years, Boston Cheese Cellar has got to know Rory and his cheeses well, and so he recently sent them four of his cheeses, all of them exclusive to Boston Cheese Cellar in the USA!

On Wednesday June 26th we welcome Rory to The Haven for a very special night of Highland Cheese paired with Highland Single Malts from close to his dairy.

Another Haven tasting event with 6 peated Drams.
BenRiach/Peated, GlenDronach/12yr Peated, Blackadder/Peat Reak, Bunnahabhain/Moine, Compass Box/Peat Monster, Kilchoman/Machir Bay.
Food pairings include a smoked seafood platter and smoked cheeses. Hosted by Jason and Owen.

Join The Scotch Malt Whisky Society  as we share a selection of casks from the upcoming June Outturn! Be the very first in the country to sip and savor a selection of six (6) new Society bottlings along with delicious Haven food pairings.

KILT & DRAM NIGHT
FRI 31st 9pm – PEAT WEEK
Elias Alexander will be piping on Friday 31st for our special Kilt Night during Peat Week. Music starts at 9pm and a special “DRAM NIGHT” will ensue.
Peat Week Dram night includes x4 Drams, a Smoked Platter and Bagpipes.
