Thursday marks the release of the Cask from Scotland. It is a William’s Brothers release.

Lots of crystal and lots of citrus is a good combo. But what are Bobek hops? – Slovenian!

Enough toast and dark malts so that it’s definitely Scottish, but nice American influence.

Provocatively named!

Sensational.
